With over 20 years of legal experience, Ernesto de la Fe’s areas of practice have included representing clients in workers’ compensation, personal injury matters including slip and falls, wrongful death, premises liability, and foreclosure defense matters. Additionally, Ernesto has experience in the civil arena, including breach of contract and landlord/tenant and eviction litigation.
Ernesto is a graduate of Florida International University with a B.A. in 1988 and earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from The Capital University Law School in 1996. He is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and the Federal Courts of the United States District Court in the Southern District of Florida.
Ernesto is an associate at Morales and Cerino, P.A. He has distinguished himself by providing the highest level of commitment and representation to the firm’s clients. He represented insurance carriers and self-insured employers during his first five years of practice, which has provided him extremely valuable insight in dealing with insurance companies on behalf of his clients. Ernesto is a strong advocate for the rights of individuals and has successfully represented thousands in his over two decades of practice in South Florida.
