IVAN P. MORALES is the managing and founding partner of Morales & Cerino, P.A. located in Hialeah, Florida. He has represented Claimants in workers’ compensation matters throughout the state of Florida for over 33 years. Mr. Morales is both the President and a founding member of the Richard A. Sicking Inn of Court, the Miami-Dade Chapter of the American Inn of Court. Mr. Morales served for the past 3 years as the Chairman of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the Miami-Dade County Bar Association. He is also the founder of the Hialeah High 83P Scholarship Endowment fund.
Since 1991, he has practiced primarily in the areas of workers’ compensation and personal injury on behalf of injured individuals. He has distinguished himself by providing the highest level of commitment and representation in the client-driven practice of Morales & Cerino, P.A.
Ivan Morales is a strong advocate for the rights of injured individuals and has successfully represented thousands of clients in his over 33 years of practice in South Florida.
Mr. Morales was a member of the University of Miami Law Review. He is licensed to practice in the State of Florida and has represented Claimants in workers’ compensation matters throughout the state of Florida for over 33 years. Mr. Morales has tried over two hundred fifty workers’ compensation cases and has handled over 6,500 workers’ compensation cases from start to finish.
